Get on Board is a unique BLF programme, aimed at 21 – 35 year olds, which teaches you the skills and knowledge necessary for the boardroom.
This is an accredited course that will propel your career and widen your professional network. You will also have the chance to gain great new contacts and experiences through boardroom observations and high profile city events.
Former students are now sitting in the boardrooms of a number of local organisations including The Drum, Nehemiah Housing Association, Birmingham Hippodrome, Groundwork and, of course, BLF.
As with all BLF programmes, Get on Board is free of charge. Successful graduates will become official members of the Association of Corporate Governance Practitioners. You’ll also be allocated with an official mentor to guide you through your leadership journey.
