Business Development Managers (x4) (MKT0052)

Location : Oxford / London (min. two days per week in Oxfam House)

Oxfam, one of the UK’s leading charities, is entering an exciting phase.  Our new Director of Fundraising, Tim Hunter joins us in May and robust development plans are underway.  We are also planning a cutting edge campaign for 2015.

Business Development Manager, Major Gifts  x 2

We are seeking two highly experienced Business Development Managers to build relationships and secure significant sums of money from High-Net-Worth Individuals.

You will be used to working in a complex environment and will have an outstanding personal track record of developing relationships from scratch and taking them right though to securing major gifts.  You will have experience of successfully working with and through senior volunteers to secure 6/7 figure donations.

 

Business Development Manager, Foundations

We are also seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to build relationships and secure significant sums of money from Trusts and Foundations.

You will have an outstanding personal track record of developing and implementing a new business strategy to establish new Foundation relationships that will generate significant long term income.  You will be an avid relationship builder who understands how to develop personal relationships and how to work through senior volunteers.

 

Business Development Team Manager, Corporate Partnerships

Contract Type 12 month fixed term contract

And finally, we are seeking a highly experienced manager to lead the team to prospect and win new business from companies and support the implementation and development of our strategy to win more corporate business.

You will have an outstanding personal track record of prospecting and winning significant (6/7 figure), sustainable corporate partnerships and will have some management experience.
