The purpose:

The aim of the consultation is to gather feedback from as many people as possible in relation to:

  • Personal experiences of using primary care and community mental health services.
  • Your views about the information currently available about primary care and community mental health services.
  • Access to primary care and community mental health services.
  • Your views on the model proposed.
  • Any further views about how we can make primary care and community mental health services better.

 

What services are we talking about?

Services which may be effected are as follows:

  • Talking therapies Community
  • Mental Health Teams Recovery
  • Enablement and Prevention Services
