The purpose:
The aim of the consultation is to gather feedback from as many people as possible in relation to:
- Personal experiences of using primary care and community mental health services.
- Your views about the information currently available about primary care and community mental health services.
- Access to primary care and community mental health services.
- Your views on the model proposed.
- Any further views about how we can make primary care and community mental health services better.

- Talking therapies Community
- Mental Health Teams Recovery
- Enablement and Prevention Services
